This is seriously the coolest way I’ve ever trained with anyone - workout when it’s convenient for you, send over your videos for a form check, receive feedback, rinse and repeat.

Whether you’re a beginner and more advanced trainee, you’ll receive a program to add structure to your training regimen based on an initial assessment. This isn’t just a “one size fits all” program - Online Training includes customized programs based on goals, and limitations that we establish during your assessment.


The Process

ASSESS

The very first step to working together is to set up an assessment to establish baselines in your strength, flexibility, and body control to figure out your current ability level is. It’s important to find Point A, so you can get to Point B-Z in a safe and effective way. 

ADDRESS

This is your training structure including your warm up, skill, strength, and flexibility work that’s specific to your goals while being mindful of your limitations.

APPLY

Your training session should have direct application to your life, not the other way around. Your workout shouldn’t make you worse at life or your activities so with a custom program, I take into consideration your goals, needs, equipment available, limitations, and training background.
