Hey! I'm Eduardo Orihuela, Chicago's only GMB Trainer, StrongFirst Instructor for all programs, and Precision Nutrition Level 2 coach.  Welcome to All-Around Fitness! 

 

All-Around Fitness is an online training resource that keeps me connected with you as you develop your bodyweight and kettlebell skills.  I understand that with a busy schedule it's hard to prioritize fitness - I make it as convenient and fun for you as possible so that your life doesn't revolve around fitness but that fitness supplements your lifestyle.  I'm on a mission to help busy adults develop physical autonomy though health, fitness, and enjoyment. This includes learning skills that can transfer over to activities that you enjoy! 

My training sessions makes fitness fun—and helps you achieve impressive results, fast. I am not your typical fitness coach—I use positive reinforcement and encouragement to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I can tailor workouts to your fitness level and your specific needs, so whether you’re a beginner or you’re already a serious athlete, you’ll be challenged and make big improvements in your strength, flexibility, and body control.

When it comes to building health and fitness habits, I don't leave you to fend for yourself. My fitness records update your nutrition and training sessions and we keep each other accountable by connecting you with me using Trainerize. An online training app that's easily compatible with your smartphone, MyFitnessPal, and Fitbit. This allows us to see how you're progressing in real time.
