how do i know i’ll make a good fit?
Ideally you already have a good base of all around strength including:
10 Pike Push ups
10 Pull ups
5 second Tuck Planche
Comfortable practicing Handstands (kicking up, bailing out, and holding near a wall without support for 3-5 seconds).
what kind of results can i expect?
As you may have guessed, it takes a lot longer than 8 weeks for most people to achieve the Handstand Push Up. Above, you’ll see tons of testimonials and I’ve purposely placed them in that order so you can see the varying durations it takes people to achieve Handstand Push up progressions. However, if you stick to the plan, you will become stronger and better. You’ll have 12 weeks to complete the program and if you want to keep the gains rolling, you can always resubscribe. You don’t have access to the training app forever, but if you wish to keep the workouts for life, you can use the print feature to print out the workouts.
how much time do i have to dedicate to the program?
This program is 4 days a week and each workouts lasts 45-60 minutes. Initially, it may take longer as you have to get used to the app and watch the video tutorials.
what equipment do i need?
Of course, you’ll need space, a floor, and a wall but you’ll also need a set of Parallettes that are about 8-12 inches from the ground so you can train Pike Push ups with full range of motion. Resistance bands for antagonist work (opposing muscles) and you’ll also need something stable to place your feet on as you get stronger with Pike Push Ups.
can i do this alongside another program?
This program is very taxing on your shoulders so you do not want to do any sort of additional pushing work like Bench Press or Overhead Press. You can however, do legs or Pulling type of exercises on your days off.
WILL I GET COACHING through the program?
One-on-One coaching is not included. You can post your questions and videos for feedback within our group chat. My team and I will pop in once per week to answer any questions. 1 on 1 coaching costs 325 USD per month and you can apply in the TAKE ACTION at the top right corner of this website
