Intro to Rings:  Gymnastic Rings Training is functional training that builds superior upper body strength, balance and agility.

  • Promotes development of a lean, defined physique like a gymnast. Develops high strength to size ratio, very effective for climbers and wrestlers.  Highly effective abdominal workout and excellent core workout.

In this workshop, you will learn: 

  1. The 3 fundamental moves for rings in order to progress to more difficult skills.
  2. Shoulder mobility and strengthening exercises for continued success on the rings
  3. Simple programming for training the 3 fundamental movements.
  4. How to progress work towards the Muscle-Up
