About All-Around Fitness:
The All-Around athlete is someone who trains bodyweight to master their bodyweight and trains with external resistance to master their environment. We train bodyweight first but not bodyweight only to gain strength, flexibility, and motor control that carries over into everyday life. The stronger and more flexible you become, the easier everything gets.

With a combination of Online Training and In-Person Training, you are provided with training packages to fit your lifestyle. About the Founder:
Eduardo completed his Bachelor degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. Growing up a gymnast and wrestling at the collegiate level, Eduardo has been exposed to many different styles of training. With a passion in bodyweight and kettlebell training, Eduardo’s mission is to help people reach optimal health and fitness levels so that they can present themselves in a way that inspires, impresses, and reflects a strong lifestyle. Always looking for a challenge, he now participates in rock climbing and obstacle course racing.
